Job Description:

• Finding the right vendor

Finding the best vendor to meet the organization's technical needs, collaboration with IT team

• Evaluating vendors

Reviewing past purchases to determine the vendor's effectiveness, compliance.

Vendor Registration and Vendor assessment

• Interviewing vendors

Having conversations with vendors to learn more about their products and services

• Working with stakeholders

Working closely with stakeholders and vendors to optimize business need

Other responsibilities of a procurement professional include:

• Researching suppliers of goods and services
• Negotiating costs
• Purchasing products or services
• Establishing business relationships with external vendors
• Facilitating paperwork/PAR
• Evaluating the best candidates to provide goods
