Student Success Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Student and College Engagement:
• Connect with colleges, universities, and individual students to promote the academy's offerings.
• Collaborate with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) of engineering and other educational institutions.
2. Workshops and Outreach:
• Plan, organize, and manage free workshops on emerging technologies, industry skills, and career development topics.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and delivery of workshops.
• Collect and analyze feedback from students and colleges to improve future sessions.
3. Institutional Collaboration:
• Visit colleges to meet authorities for empanelment and strengthen partnerships.
• Build relationships with other organizations/entities to enhance career opportunities for students.
• Represent Digital Aptech Academy at expos, events, and networking opportunities.
4. Career Counselling:
• Understand the courses offered by the academy and recommend appropriate programs to students based on their aspirations and skills.
• Assist students in enrollment processes and manage billing, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain regular communication with students to track their progress and address concerns.

• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong public speaking abilities to conduct workshops and presentations.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with colleges, students, and corporate entities.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with the education industry and emerging technologies like AI, DevOps, and design tools.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management tools.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Behavioral Traits:
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and result-driven.
