Inside Sales Manager

Inside Sales Manager to lead and oversee our hardware sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inside sales, with a focus on hardware solutions, B2B sales, and lead generation. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, mentoring the sales team.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the hardware sector.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

• Oversee lead generation efforts to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

• Analyze sales data, generate forecasts, and present reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to senior management.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in hardware sales.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hardware industry, including market trends, competitors, and sales cycles.
