Manager, Sales & Marketing

Job roles and responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the company's management by overseeing the companys sales and marketing, adhere to the companys policies and management decisions, ensure strict hierarchical segregation (at personal level).
• Recruit, train, and retain capable staff to meet the monthly team target projections given by the management.
• Meet both weekly and monthly team targets.
• Maintain excellent KPIs in terms of call quality scores, process audit scores, etc., by nurturing discipline and a quality-driven work culture.
• Generate leads by coordinating with the digital marketing and SEO manager.
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies; come up with new ideas and implementations to improve companys sales and marketing, incl. identifying new markets, new products and services.
• Groom team members to become tomorrows leaders.
