Along with the magazines, the publishing house runs multiple websites and digital assets, as well as a suite of on ground events. We are looking for a detail orients process excellence professional, for bringing about improvements for various process within the publishing house, foremost amongst them for our subscribers and readers.
Job Description
CPE will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to consistently deliver exceptional customer experience both for external and internal customers, across all touchpoints, analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty are maximized within an organization. Along with customer excellence, the person will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements to the organization's business processes by utilizing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance, often leading process improvement projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
