What would you do?
In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.Business transformation is part of Accenture operations domain. Under Business transformation, you would be expected to work with stakeholders from Operations, technology. You are expected to have a good knowledge on conducting process studies, identifying gaps in process and proposing projects after brainstorming with SME. You would also play a role of project manager for the projects you are driving, where you would be managing your stakeholders through proper communication.


What are we looking for?

Relevant experience in transformation projects

Must have experience in six sigma and lean projects

Good project management skills

Should have done Time and motion study

Experience working with stakeholders

Six sigma certification would be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
