What would a typical day at your work be like?

On a broader level you would be responsible for L&D Content creation and streamline existing Content in our HR platform.

  • Content creation - ppts, short videos for personalized engagement with different types of audience etc. Curating and creating new and easy forms to consume training material.
  • Streamline existing training material, extract key insights, and refine content for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Create a structured training framework by building upon existing material, ensuring relevance, and aligning with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive content around existing materials, transforming them into engaging and cohesive training modules.
  • Design a detailed training calendar (year, quarter, month), categorizing modules by functions, levels, and specific roles to establish a systematic and purposeful learning path.
  • Collaborate with external trainers and work towards the year-end goal of having a robust training program and trainings for different project/dept/function needs, including onboarding and advanced skill development.

What do we expect?

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Journalism, Mass communication, Literature or any related field.
