Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive account growth by starting new engagements and contributing to client discussions & business pitches while working closely with client teams to understand client requirements & opportunities
- Lead sales proposals, in collaborations with subject matter experts delivering tailored solution to meet client/RFP requirements
- Develop pricing and service modules that are competitive and align with the customer's budget - You will need to have strong writing and communication skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions in a compelling manner
- Own up the planned account outreach & engagement activities in collaboration with different functional stakeholders
- Tracking leads and opportunities, updating the CRM system, and reporting on sales performance.
- You will also be responsible for providing regular updates to the management team on the status of the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and any challenges or opportunities that arise
- You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure that all internal processes are completed effectively and on time.
- Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across different functions (Lead Gen, Marketing, Business, Finance etc.
) & regions to support the overall sales process.
This includes sharing best practices, knowledge sharing, and collaborating on joint proposals and projects.
- You will be expected to work effectively with colleagues from different geographies including India, US, Latin America & Europe to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
- Collaborate with business teams & SMEs to design innovative and customized solutions & offerings for clients
- Contribute in creating sales assets, including proof of concepts (POCs), case studies, white papers, demo setups and competitive value propositions
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide insights on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pre-sales/Business Development/Solution Consulting role in the space of analytics consulting.
- Domain expertise in the space of the data analytics/AI/ data engineering to be able to have meaningful conversations with potential prospects and to be able to ideate advanced analytics solutions/ approach for delivery.
- Communication expertise to articulate and present complex business concepts and ideas in business forums.
- Excellent presentation skills to be able to develop high quality, impactful stakeholder presentations (expertise in PowerPoint is must).
- Proven experience in diverse stakeholder management to be able to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of building and deploying analytics, data engineering and ML based solutions would be a plus.
