Roles and responblities :
Drive Account Growth :
- Initiate new engagements and contribute to client discussions and business pitches by understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities.
- Lead sales proposals in collaboration with subject matter experts, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs and RFP requirements.
- Develop competitive pricing and service models that align with client budgets.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of analytics solutions through strong writing and communication skills.
- Plan and execute account outreach and engagement activities with various functional stakeholders.
Internal Process and Reporting:
- Track leads and opportunities, update the CRM system, and report on sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and challenges or opportunities.
- Ensure internal processes are completed efficiently and on time with high attention to detail and organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (Lead Gen, Marketing, Business, Finance) and regions (India, US, Latin America, Europe) to support the sales process.
- Facilitate collaboration, share best practices, and contribute to joint proposals and projects across geographies.
Solution Development and Go-to-Market Support:
- Work with business teams and SMEs to design innovative and customized analytics solutions for clients.
- Develop sales assets such as proof of concepts (POCs), case studies, white papers, demos, and competitive value propositions.
Leadership Support:
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide insights on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to guide decision-making.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Analytics related - Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Solution Consulting roles within the analytics, AI, or data engineering domain.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of data analytics solutions, advanced analytics approaches, and the ability to ideate delivery strategies.
- Competency in Analytics Solutions: Demonstrated ability to grasp, articulate, and pitch complex analytics solutions to clients effectively.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in presenting and communicating complex business concepts to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations; knowledge of analytics tools, data engineering, and ML solutions is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across geographies.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes and timelines effectively.
