Who We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a Specialist - Analytics, Business Intelligence & Decision Science to drive pre-delinquency interventions for a retail electric vehicle finance firm while developing business intelligence and risk models.

This role will require :

- Translating business challenges into data-driven solutions

- Owning the analytics strategy (frameworks, tools, data surfacing, and modeling)

- Collaborating closely with users at the client organization & the product manager

- Enabling consumption of insights to drive decision-making

- The ideal candidate has a strong consulting mindset, understanding not just how to analyze data but how to use it to drive business outcomes.

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Tech Stack Experience

- BigQuery

- Python & SQL (Notebooks)

- Metabase

- Power BI

- APIs and microservices for integration

Core Analytics Capabilities :

Predictive Analytics : Ability to forecast outcomes & model risk

Business Intelligence : Designing intuitive dashboards & insights

Operational Analytics : Streamlining decision-making using real-time data

Risk Modeling : Identifying patterns & mitigating portfolio risk

Decision Science : Understanding behavioral finance and lending dynamics

- Strategic & Problem-Solving Capabilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Data Strategy & Model Development

- Develop and maintain data models for interventions in lending

- Build and optimize predictive models for risk/Opportunity assessment and decision-making

- Define data frameworks and ensure high-quality analytics outputs

- Business Intelligence & Visualization

- Build dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI, Metabase, and Python

- Ensure data consumption and decision enablement-not just reports for the sake of reports

- Create reusable BI assets for scalable impact

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Consulting Mindset

- Work closely with users within the client organization to understand needs

- Collaborate with the product manager to refine requirements before execution

- Collaborate with Cloud engineer to ensure operational and financial viability of the total cost of

ownership in the tech stack

- Provide data-driven recommendations that improve lending portfolio performance

Ownership & Growth

- Own the analytics strategy, from raw data to decision and follow it to the outcome/impact

- Have large autonomy in choosing tools, modeling approaches, and BI frameworks

- Work on a high-impact external project while opening doors to other industries for product-level

partnership within our organization

- Build a team over the next 2 years for our evolving multi product portfolio.

Work & Culture Expectations :

Hybrid Work Model :

- Strong preference for minimum 2 days per week in-office (Delhi-based)

- If based outside Delhi, company managed accommodation is available for on-site visits. Travel and stay fully reimbursed
