Role: Learning & Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery & Evaluation:

• Conduct G1 and G2 training sessions.
• Evaluate calls for Quality Check purposes and provide actionable feedback to individuals.
• Update and maintain the feedback database.
• Prepare assessments and analyze results to gauge training effectiveness

Content Development & Management:

• Create and review training content, including LMS materials and PPT presentations.
• Research and update topics to keep content relevant and engaging.
• Gradually revamp technical training content on LMS and finalize content.
• Maintain and update content trackers.

Participant Engagement & Support:

• Follow up with participants for pre- and post-training activities.
• Coordinate with absent participants to include them in upcoming sessions.
• Share training updates, reminders, and results with stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of certificates and acknowledgments for participant

Coordination & Compliance:

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of participants and trainers.
• Maintain and update the training calendar.
• Track and report training completion status.
• Ensure adherence to training policies and compliance standards.

Content Enhancement & Innovation:

• Create engaging images, emails, and communication for weekly/bi-weekly updates.
• Collaborate with marketing or design teams for training materials.
• Support the creation of case studies, scenarios, and customized training modules.

Administrative & Logistical Support:

• Assist in organizing and managing logistics for training sessions.
• Prepare attendance reports and monitor compliance.
• Help identify and recommend external training resources or materials.
• Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for specialized sessions.

Advanced Training Oversight:

• Coordinate senior-level training sessions.
• Oversee technical training timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Participate in TTT (Train-the-Trainer) sessions to enhance internal training capabilities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Collect and consolidate feedback from trainees to derive actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing training budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Develop ongoing assessments for trained participants to ensure skill retention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of experience in L&D
• Graduate/postgraduate degree
