The Training & Development Technical Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
May select and assign instructors to conduct specific training and development.
May provide performance evaluations for training instructors. At least two years of training experience in IT organization required
Programming experience in SQL, Python and good knowledge in excel Experience: Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of various departments and teams.
Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to understand skill gaps and performance issues. Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials to address identified needs.
Create engaging content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training materials.
Create Technical assessments for the LMS and be able to review and assess the scores of the trainees
