We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer - LMS Administrator to join our team and work with our esteemed client, Bengaluru International Airport Limited.

Job Description:

As LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs related to Management Information Systems (MIS) for our client. Your role will involve preparing course content, monitoring dashboards on the Learning Management System (LMS), preparing detailed reports, and conducting gap analysis. Prior experience in the Retail and Hospitality industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Development and Delivery:
    • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on LMS.
    • Prepare and update course content, training materials, and user guides.
  2. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and participant performance.
    • Conduct regular gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with client representatives to understand training needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals.
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback.

4. LMS Management

  • Monitor and manage dashboards on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible to all users.
  • Track and report on training participation and completion rates.
  • Creating and managing Scheduled Offering (Class), with a specific start and End date & time, Location, Instructor etc. to deliver the Course content effectively, based on the request received from client
  • Roster Management: Managing the Registration/Cancellation for the Scheduled Offerings (Classes).
  • Notifying the employees through various communications (email) on the upcoming classes which they have registered for (eg: Registration notification, Joining Instruction, Leader Communication etc...)
  • Processing the Completion for the Learners attending the Scheduled Offering (Class).
    Preparing and sharing the evaluation summary report for the class conducted based on the survey result provided by the participants
  • Providing standard Learning Reports based on the request received
  • Handling the Learning related queries received through Service-Now
    Liaise between the Learner and the Talent team
    Establish clear understanding of the Client Learning process flow and related activities
  • Strictly follow the Learning Admin process map, procedures and Work instructions to execute the assigned requests appropriately
  • Strict adherence to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure quality compliance as per the defined standard Global process model
  • Responds to emails and enquires in a timely manner
  • Prepares and contributes to reporting as directed
  • Learning Management System (LMS) associate (create objects including ILTs and online training. add curricula, process user assignments, manage and record class completions, etc.)
  • Run reports and analyse data for training programs and provide a dashboard to our stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a training role, preferably with a focus on MIS.
  • Prior experience in the Retail and Hospitality industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
