6.46 NDT Technician (Ref Div: OAI)

6.46.1 Qualifications and Experience

a) Diploma in Mechanical, metallurgy or equivalent.

b) Shall have minimum eight (08) years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.

c) Post NDT certifications, the candidate should have three (3) years of work experience and shall participated in minimum six (6) Shutdowns with proven experience in inspection of pressure vessels and piping.

d) Fluent in English speaking, reading, writing.

e) Computer literate and very good in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

f) The candidate must be physically fit to work in Oil & Gas environment, working at heights, confined spaces to carry out inspection job. He shall have confined space entry training and medical fitness certificate.

6.46.2 Certifications

a) PCN level II in UT, PT, MT

6.46.3 Primary Task

a) To assist Inspection personnel in various inspection activities.

b) To carry out NDT as instructed.
