6.62 Turnaround Area Planner (Ref Div: OAT)

6.62.1 Qualifications and Experience

The Turnaround Area Planner shall be competent and qualified with a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, having at least three (3) years experience or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum five (5) years planning experience in Refineries, Petrochemical / Oil & Gas project related experience, with good command of English, both spoken and written. The Turnaround Area Planner shall have fully operational level of capability/skill of Project Planning tools {Primavera and Microsoft Project (latest version)} and good knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP/MAXIMO etc.). He shall have experience in repair/replacement works of static equipment (Fired Heaters, Columns, Air coolers, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Reactor etc.), Piping replacement jobs. Should be able to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, P & ID, equipment manuals and other technical papers. He shall have attended at least six (6) large scale turnarounds.

6.62.2 Primary Tasks:

a) Assist TA scheduler in Preparation of detailed schedule.

b) Progress site verification

c) Assist in preparation of schedules of emergent works, piping repair jobs

d) Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Material coordinator in day-to-day basis.

e) Assist in preparation of daily progress reports.
