About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT Infrastructure roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process for IT Infrastructure roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective talent solutions.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards (e.g , Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend job offers and manage the offer negotiation process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems.
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, HR, or a related field, preferably from a premier institute.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT Recruitment, specifically for IT Infrastructure technologies.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the following technologies: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Networking (Cisco, Juniper), Windows Server, VMware, Desktop Engineering, Java, Front-End (React, Angular), Back-End (Node.js, Python), Full Stack Development, Cloud Architecture, Presales, Solution Architecture, Drupal, and other IT Infrastructure technologies.
- Must have experience in technical recruitment for Cloud, Datacenter, Networking, Project Management, Solution Architect, Presales, and Sales roles.
- Strong technical understanding of IT products, Cloud, and Data Center Solutions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, confident, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and experience using job boards/portals, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills and the ability to balance competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
