◾Handle Inbound calls.
◾Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.
◾Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers.
◾Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
◾Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
◾Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

💠 Skills:
◾ 0-6 months of any experience can apply.
◾ Excellent Phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
◾ Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
◾ Need Excellent Communication skills.

💠 Qualifications:
◾ HSC Fresher can apply with excellent communication skills.
◾ Graduate Freshers can apply.

💠Salary & Shift Timings:
◾ 18000 to 28000
◾ Travelling Allowance-1750 drop at night.
◾ Performance Incentives 0-2750

💠Location:
◾Within Central line [Sion to Dombivli] Harbour line [Wadala to Panvel].
◾Some specified railway stations have a cut off of 1.5 kilometers Panvel, ◾Kalyan and Dadar station.
