Job Description
Teleperformance is hiring customer service executive profile for domestic life insurance process.
NO SALES & TARGET
Location- Teleperformance Global Services
Godrej Waterside , Plot No.5, Block-DP, Sector 5, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700 091
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following Criteria: -
Good communication skill in Bengali and Hindi
- Strong thought process with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
Minimum Qualification Criteria: -
Candidates with minimum qualification of 10+2 with an excellent communication skill
The Interview process will consist of the following rounds:
1. HR Round
2. Assessment Round
3. Operation Round
The shifts offered are: 9am to 9 pm (any 9 hours rotational shift) - 1 rotational week offs per week
NO NIGHT SHIFT
Salary Package: -
14k CTC, 11K In hand

There are lot of politics involved in office. Your supervisor can cancel your leaves, ask you to work for extra for overtime. Even if you have to go to wash room you have to ask your supervisor.
