Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored reefer container solutions that align with their business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts to secure deals and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in account management, ideally within the cold chain industry, with a focus on Pharma and Frozen Food.
Industry Connections: Established relationships with key decision-makers in Pharma and Frozen Food companies, including Engineering, Purchase, Warehousing, Plant Management, and Supply Chain.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cold chain products and services, including air, sea, road, and storage solutions.
Results-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: Bachelor s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in a related field
