Job Description
- Develop and manage software on Google Workspace using Google Apps Script to automate internal business processes.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets, including complex formulas and data analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Automate and manage Google Forms, ensuring seamless data collection and integration with other Google Workspace tools.
- Streamline internal business processes by developing custom solutions and workflows within Google Workspace.
- Handle and resolve queries related to Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) for accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of Google Workspace tools.
- Proven experience in Google Workspace development, including Google Apps Script.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience in creating and managing Google Forms.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and dashboard creation.
- Ability to automate internal business processes using Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
