Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AWS Workspace Engineer to join the Information Services End User Compute team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS Workspaces Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of
AWS services, VDI technologies, and strong problem- solving skills to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of our virtual desktop
environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:
Architect and deploy AWS Workspaces solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
Configure and manage AWS Workspaces, including provisioning, scaling, and optimizing performance.

Integrate AWS Workspaces with existing IS infrastructure and applications.
Maintenance and Support:
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of AWS Workspaces environments.
Perform regular updates, patches, and security enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS
