As the Digital Workplace Lead, you will be at the forefront of enhancing end-user productivity and collaboration within our organization. You will be responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring that our digital workplace is innovative, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, ViVaEngage and more
2. Develop strategies to increase end-user engagement and productivity through effective use of O365 O365 and other relevant solutions 3. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align digital workplace initiatives with organizational objectives. 4. Provide periodic trainings and support to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes. 5. Monitor and analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation. 6. Manage cross-functional projects to enhance digital collaboration and communication. 7. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital workplace technologies and evaluate their applicability to our organization.
