Lead- Digital Transformation

At least 6-8 years of strong experience in driving digital transformation in sales and marketing. Led digital initiatives, loyalty/other programs.

Familiar with Manufacturing industrys digital dynamics. Managed end to end digital transformation projects. Excellent Communication & data analysis skillset.

Essential requirements in Candidate Profile:

• 6-8 years of experience in a digital transformation role, ideally within sales and marketing functions.
• Extensive experience leading digital initiatives, loyalty platforms, and/or similar programs.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its digitalization dynamics.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or related disciplines) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies, data analytics, and platform administration.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights for business growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Experience in providing training and support to large, diverse teams to drive digital adoption
