Sales Associate Fresher (Telecalling)

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Crystal Logistics services.
Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Schedule and conduct field visits to potential clients when required.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
Readiness to travel for field visits as required.
