Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, your role will revolve around managing client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention, strategically planning account development, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously monitoring performance to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related issues.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to understand client needs and align them with company offerings.
Account Growth and Retention:
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop account plans to identify client goals and map out strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor and forecast client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services or products.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Resolve client issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare regular performance reports and account reviews.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account success and identify areas for improvement.
RequirementsDesired Candidate profile:
- This role involves frequent travelling.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of account management and customer relationship principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in handling and leading teams effectively .
