Job Description
Performance Management & Measurement:
- Design and implement robust performance management systems.
- Define and align Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Talent Development & Career Progression:
- Identify skill gaps and design talent development programs to bridge them.
- Create clear career progression plans for employees across all levels.
- Develop succession planning strategies for critical roles.
Goal Setting & Alignment:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish organizational goals and cascade them to individual roles.
- Ensure alignment of team objectives with business outcomes.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and execute learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and productivity.
- Conduct training needs assessments and implement tailored development programs.
- Partner with leadership to promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.
Organizational Design & Role Clarity:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the roles, hierarchy, and functions within an IT company setup.
- Regularly review and refine organizational structures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Present regular reports on performance, engagement, and talent metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HRBP roles, preferably within a startup or IT environment.
- Strong expertise in performance management systems, KRA/KPI formulation, and talent development.
- Clear understanding of career progression frameworks and role hierarchies in IT setups.
- In-depth knowledge of learning and development practices, including training program design and implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience in building employee engagement and culture programs.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
