Job Description

We are looking for a Performance management manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead our performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize employee performance, drive productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of performance management best practices, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Performance Management Systems: Design and implement performance management systems from scratch that align with organizational goals and objectives.
360-Degree Appraisals: Conduct and facilitate 360-degree appraisal processes, ensuring comprehensive feedback for employees at all levels.
Define KRAs and KPIs: Collaborate with department heads to define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles within the organization.
Performance Reviews: Organize and lead performance review sessions, providing guidance and support to managers and employees during the process.
One-on-One Meetings: Schedule and facilitate regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for employees.
Employee Development Plans : Create and implement tailored employee development plans that promote skill enhancement and career growth.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee engagement and productivity.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices and tools.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management, continually seeking ways to enhance the process within the organization.
Requirements
Desired Candidate profile:

Master degree in Human Resources.

Atleast 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR functions, preferably in a tech-based startup or high-growth environment.

Solid understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proven experience developing and implementing performance management processes, systems, and tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with Zoho performance management software or other PMS platforms is a plus.
