Job Description
Thrise is looking for Performance Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Develop and implement performance management policies, procedures, and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individuals and teams, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
- Work with department heads to identify key performance indicators and metrics that measure performance and track progress towards goals
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues
- Develop training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge and promote continuous learning and development
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, communicating performance metrics and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on how to manage and improve the performance of their teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
