Job Description Key Account Manager Property and Real Estate Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic property and real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Understand client goals and requirements to deliver customized property solutions.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and properties to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to acquire and onboard new high-value accounts.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets for the organization.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their property investments.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities in CRM or designated systems.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role in property and real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and investment trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on results.
