Role & responsibilities:-

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
• Work with managers to identify and address talent gaps and development needs.
• Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Address performance issues and support managers in developing performance improvement plans.
• Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyse, and report on HR metrics and data.
• Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Prior experience in retail HR store operations
• Comfortable to travel to retail store
