Senior Manager- Architect

1. Architects are in charge project planning and coordination.

2. Responsible for administers building projects for group housing, commercial applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.

3. Minimum of 8 years' experience in project coordination roles with consultants & execution team with a preference for experience in the IT industry & Group housing

4. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PPT, MS Project and Word. Ability to prepare presentations for the management.

5. Coordinates with the site engineers, draftsman and Architects

6. Day to day progress monitor with site in conjunction with architecture drawing.

7. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, with the understanding that responsibilities may require attention outside of standard business hours.

8. A solid academic background demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Superior English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

10. Availability to start on short notice, demonstrating readiness and commitment to jump into projects quickly.

11. Note: This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a strong passion for continuous learning in the Architecture & real estate industry.

12. Studies and understands architectural and construction detailing

13. Assists in modifying all types of architectural drawing when required

14. Preparing drawings & designs with the latest software and applications used for architecture

15. Prepares MIS Reports

16. Assists the superior in preparing programs, budgets, public reports, proposals, and bid specifications for a project.

Preferred candidate profile
