Head Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:
   
• Oversee the architectural design process for township projects from concept to completion.
• Develop master plans, layouts, and detailed designs that reflect innovation, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with urban planners, landscape designers, and other specialists to create cohesive township designs.
2. Project Management:
   
• Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and consultants.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to oversee construction activities and resolve design-related challenges.
3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
   
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Present designs, concepts, and project updates effectively to stakeholders.
4. Site Visits and Travel:
   
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Travel extensively to project locations for on-site inspections, meetings, and coordination.
5. Compliance and Standards:
   
• Ensure all designs meet zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into township designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale township projects or urban planning.
• Certifications: Must be registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) or equivalent body.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and smart city concepts.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
