Performance Marketing Manager

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate revenue for our e-commerce platform.

2. Plan and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

3. Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to achieve target ROI and KPIs.

4. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.

5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective marketing collateral, including ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets.

6. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

7. Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI.

8. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and product launches.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and technology advancements.

10. Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
• Passion for interior design and home improvement is desirable.
