Spa Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of production in the interior fit-out manufacturing factory.
2. Supervise and manage departments including carpentry, polish, and others involved in the production process.
3. Understands the design drawings and execute the same for luxury furniture products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure product designs are feasible for manufacturing.
5. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the production environment.
7. Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
8. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
9. Maintain records of production activities, including inventory and quality control measures.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff and provide feedback for improvement.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in interior fit-out manufacturing.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Know how to calculate service and product margins to increase profitability - Have a working knowledge of cash flow; profit and loss; and break even.

2. Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills.

3. Current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.

Work Relations

1. Reports to Director/ Chief Operating Officer.

2. Interfaces strongly with department heads and spa employees.
