Key Responsibilities:

• Material Quantification: Measure and quantify materials (e.g., concrete, steel, finishing) from construction drawings and specifications.
• Site Measurements: Verify actual material usage against project plans through regular site inspections.
• Quality Control
• Ensure materials used meet project specifications and are stored properly to minimize waste.
• Bill preparation and checking.
