AGM / DGM - Architect & Design

Below is the detailed JD:

• To plan the layout, design, and specifications in terms of space availability and well versed with high rise residential projects, Commercial office spaces, warehouse, interior works, sample apartments
• Handling multiple projects independently, responsible for architectural design and development of projects
• Co-ordination with site and consultants, preparation of project layout, area statement, marketing plans
• Coordinate closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with building systems and technical requirements.
• Expertise in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
• To review and approve drawings / submittals by the various design consultants. To maintain drawings as per ISO standards
• Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of architectural work as per the drawings for all redevelopment projects
• Coordination with international and local architects and consultants for MEP services & design layouts
• To coordinate and study BMC proposal plans and calculations
• Study and ensure the drawings follow the regulations laid down by the BMC / SRA / Govt. norms
• Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, program/time awareness and technical expertise
• Collaborating with internal departments like liaison, marketing, sales, planning, cost estimation, purchase and external design consultants
• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
• Review Architectural / MEP /Structural drawings
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
• Work on multiple projects with the design team and manage development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline project workflows
• To interpret construction codes and standards
• Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
• Stay updated on architectural trends, technologies, and regulations to inform design processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
• Bachelor/Master degree in Architecture. Must have Good portfolio and several years of work experience into design and coordination of high rise residential and commercial projects
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Reporting to Directors Office
