Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients requiring industrial compliance and environmental clearance services.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Industrial Compliance and Environmental Clearance Expertise:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industrial compliances, including Pollution NOC, EIA, CGWA, and other environmental clearances.
- Explain complex environmental clearance processes clearly and concisely to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Identify and assess the anticipated environmental impacts of proposed projects.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving environmental laws, policies, and scientific research.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement effective lead conversion strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of prospect clients using CRM and Excel.
- Collaborate with the Reporting Manager to set sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast future business.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business development plans prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights. -
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). -
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. -
- Strong understanding of industrial compliances and environmental clearance processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team. -
- A strong understanding of the Indian regulatory enviroment.
