The Opportunity:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Environmental Consultant Sales Manager to join our growing team in Noida, Sector 63.
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our environmental consulting services.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets for environmental consulting services.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Noida region.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate environmental compliance solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Corpseed's services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the environmental consulting team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest environmental regulations, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the environmental consulting team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the environmental consulting or sustainability industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management practices (E-waste, Plastic, Solid Waste, Medical Waste, Hazardous Waste), and industrial compliances (Pollution NOC, EIA, CGWA, EPR clearances, CTE CTO).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
