- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Compliance Specialist to join our growing team.
- In this critical role, you will play a key leadership position in ensuring Corpseed's adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- You will lead a team of compliance professionals, develop and implement robust compliance programs, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of compliance professionals.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members on compliance matters.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Compliance Program Development & Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that addresses all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and prioritize compliance risks.
- Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Stay abreast of all relevant legal and regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to compliance policies and procedures.
Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and their impact on Corpseed's business operations.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure compliance across all business functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and legal counsel.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the compliance program.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a technology or financial services company.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of compliance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO certifications or other relevant compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
