Roles and Responsibilities.
- Setting and achieving sales targets, managing sales cycle and identifying new business opportunities.
- Leading and motivating sales executives , hot coaching in the market.
- Appointing dealers and maintaining stocks and terms of trades with the assigned team.
- Helping in product testing and working towards the best way to get desired results.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving customer queries and communicating frequently with key accounts.
- Developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and interpreting market research.
- Monitoring the performance of sales representatives, and making adjustments to sales strategies as required.
- Maximizing profit, sales and ensuring consistency of quality.
- Identifying training needs and utilize technical resource effectively.
- Having an update and sharing market insights frequently.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
