- As a Sales Manager (BDM) at, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities.
- You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, present our products or services, and negotiate favorable terms to close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure efficient deal progression.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Team Leadership: (If applicable) Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Qualifications:
- Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
