About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Consultant to join our team in Noida Sector 63.
In this role, you will be responsible for building business relationships with new and potential clients, focusing on our waste management services, industrial compliance offerings, and other regulatory norms.
You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
- Proactively reach out to prospects and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop compelling proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions and support.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Maintain a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information and interactions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of Corpseed's waste management services (E-waste, Plastic, Solid waste, etc.), industrial compliance offerings (Pollution NOC, EIA, CGWA, EPR clearances), and other regulatory norms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Corpseed's services to potential clients.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the Reporting Manager on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term business development plans.
- Create efficient and effective lead conversion strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Project Experience:
- Leverage prior experience in industrial setups to effectively understand client requirements and offer relevant solutions.
General Skills:
- Versatile in understanding opportunities in the dynamic business environment.
- Able to handle multitasking and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and similar services is highly desirable.
- Experience in the waste management or industrial compliance industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
