Job Location - Chandigarh (WFO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and a process-oriented approach.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets and deliverables are met.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure in-depth understanding and seamless delivery of our product offerings.
- Generate leads and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline.
- Engage in client interactions, with a preference for handling international clients.
- Document and maintain records related to sales activities, client interactions, and leads.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
- Drive product and service sales through strategic planning and execution.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in sales , business analysis, or business development roles.
