Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly skilled and goal-oriented Business Development Manager with extensive experience in IT offshore sales and marketing.
- The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with proven success in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to expand business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 BDMs and oversee a total team of 10+ members.
- Define and monitor team targets, ensuring consistent achievement of personal and team objectives.
- Design sales strategies and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Build long-term relationships with new clients while focusing on repeat business.
- Generate international leads, manage flexible schedules, and adapt to time zone differences.
- Provide detailed reports and feedback to management on business performance.
- Actively participate in training team members and enhancing their skills.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication between the Business Development team and upper management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT offshore sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with IT fluency.
- Ability to multitask and work proactively under minimal guidance.
- Expertise in creating and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on team management and development.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
