Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while retaining existing relationships.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Pitch services, negotiate contracts, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, highlighting key insights and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the IT industry or software sales, particularly in mobile app development, is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Must have prior experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mobile app development and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus
