Technical Head (15-17 yrs)

- We are seeking a Technical Head to lead our technical teams and drive the delivery of high-quality mobile and web applications.

- This is a senior, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing technical operations, managing team leaders, and providing training and guidance.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team leadership, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Strategy:

- Oversee the technical direction and strategic planning for mobile and web application development projects.

- Work closely with team leaders to align technical objectives with business goals.

- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.

Team Management & Development:

- Lead and manage multiple technical teams, including Team Leaders for mobile and web development.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by mentoring and supporting team members.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, ensuring that team members are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry practices.

Technical Support & Problem Solving:

- Provide hands-on technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting expertise for complex project challenges.

- Serve as the primary point of escalation for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

- Perform thorough analysis of technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal solutions.
