Detailed JD:

This includes building out new servers, PLM of existing servers, remediating security vulnerabilities, renewing SSL Certifications. We have a lot of citrix applications, so citrix knowledge is a plus. Completing a mixture of break/fix incidents, request as well as scheduled changes.

After hours consist of a weekly on-call server rotation that typically involves occasional after hours changes/support. We as a team also patch once a month. Typically the 3rd Sunday of every month.
