Sr Associate - Cloud Administration

As Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP Cloud platforms. You will be an individual contributor and will

• Assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain cloud security protocols and best practices.
• Support development and operations teams in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications and services.
• Utilize automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues as they arise.
• Participate in regular cloud environment reviews and audits.
• Keep abreast of the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting the Linux and Windows operating system, Internet-based applications, and web servers.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling various cloud administration tasks, specifically with AWS and Azure - proficiency in one of these platforms mandatory. Exposure to GCP will be a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, SQL, Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage, etc.
• Hands on experience in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands on experience in networking including VPC, VPN, VNET, DNS, and load balancer.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database management and cloud-based data solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Exposure to cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Certified - Associate Cloud Engineer) will be a plus.
