Deputy Manager

Designation: Deputy Manager (IT)

Location: Kolkata & Durgapur

Gross: Up to 45k

Experience: 7 Yrs (Minimum)

Job Details:

• Keeping track of all IT equipments and ensuring proper documentation of service and satisfaction index.
• Uphold the trouble shooting escalation process and resolve technical (system & application) issues.
• Responsible for managing third party suppliers.
• Responsible for constant monitoring of online security system, address the security breaches, oversee troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment and networks.
• Develop emergency back up plans for equipments, power, security and data failure.
• Provide regular update to Manager regarding project status and seek approval for new upgrades.
• Assisting in strategizing the project requirement with Manager and confirm that the project deliverables meet the requirements.
• Test solutions to validate objectives and maintain the necessary documentation.
• Responsible for calculating depreciation and ROI values of IT assets and effectively manage the life cycle of IT assets (hardware & software).
• Responsible for maintaining software and license expiry database and renew as and when required.
• Responsible for formulation and implementation of asset management policy.
• Effectively manage asset life cycles to improve quality control of assets, including software and hardware.
• Responsible for developing 2nd line.
