Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager in Digital Marketing with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MS Excel and a good understanding of R&D and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires excellent leadership and strategic planning skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Utilize MS Excel to analyze data track campaign performance and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing channels including social media email and search engines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Have a good understanding of R&D and Hi-Tech domains.
• Exhibit excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Show proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
